I would like to acknowledge the passing of a La Leche League Leader - Charmaine Klabisch. She was my mom's co-Leader for many years and wonderful friend to my mother as well as our family for over 30 years. Charmaine passed away in 2003. Charmaine and her family lived in Chicago, Illinois, USA. What a great opportunity to pay tribute to a wonderful woman and the organization that she felt so fondly about. She always donated money to La Leche League whenever I would ask. She was a wonderful woman, Leader, friend, wife and mother.
