divorce, or decisions about related issues. It is about self-nurturing
and keeping balanced while navigating uncharted territories. If

Reality Check
Do you have a close family member with a mental illness?
Reality Check offers resources, coping skills, and shared experiences
for those who have a family member with a mental illness. It is
about staying sane while in the maze of psychological issues, family
dynamcs, and health care systems. If you are an Alumnae member and
